The E-exam platform "Q-Exam Institution" of the IQUL GmbH has received the award BEST OF in the category Knowledge Management of this year's INNOVATIONPREIS-IT.

The e-exam system Q-Exam Institution convinced the jury. In cooperation with development partners from various universities, the company from Bergisch Gladbach and its team are intensively researching and developing the digital penetration of examination processes at universities. The Q-Exam product family has succeeded in transforming all previously paper-based processes that are relevant for examinations and exams into a digitized examination management system. The quality of the examination of an educational institution becomes transparent and measurable for the first time.
Constantly improving teaching quality while controlling costs is a major challenge for universities. "These opposing forces, however, often offer potential for innovation leaps.” explains Dr. Jonas vor dem Esche, Head of Business Development at IQUL. "Digitalization cannot only improve exams; our experience shows that simultaneously 40-90% time saving on exam preparations and corrections are possible.” Other benefits speak in favor of the e-exam: results are legal and fraud-proof and are available faster.
